How can I purchase a skin?
Browse the store, choose the skin you want and complete checkout. After payment confirmation, you will receive information about the next steps by email.
When will I receive my purchased item?
Orders are typically processed within 10–14 days. If an item becomes temporarily unavailable, support will provide the available resolution for the order.
Do I need to make my Steam inventory public?
Yes. Your Steam inventory must be accessible and eligible for trade, with the required Steam security features enabled.
What happens if Steam services are temporarily offline?
Processing may be delayed during Steam maintenance or outages. Your order remains recorded while services recover.
Is it safe to sign in with Steam?
The connected Steam integration uses Steam authentication. SecretHouse does not ask you to type your Steam password into this site.
Do you store my payment information?
No full card details are stored by SecretHouse. Payment processing is handled by external payment services.
Can I request a refund?
